Offshoring American jobs is bad for American workers. |
By the end of next year [2005], about 830,000 U.S. service jobs will have moved offshore since 2000, according to one oft-cited forecast by Forrester Research.

What I don't understand is how companies who fire all their American workers and move overseas expect Americans to have any money to buy their products. And Bush's response at the debate for those who lose their jobs to get an education is a slap in the face to those trained workers who were not fired from their jobs for incompetence but were simply fired so the corporation could make more money. | Linda Denton |
