| The Bush administration spent years of trying to blur the purposes of the Afghan and Iraq invasions, and to connect Iraq to Al Qaeda in the public perception. Now they're finding that their policy of fraud and deception is having negative repercussions on the world stage.
Oops! Defense Secretary Robert M.
